Yeah, but anyone can still see it, so it wouldn't matter. Also, no one here needs it at the moment.

I would only consider this is more active members come, but then again you can use SF's Private Messages.
If people are being noobs and posting, well they know they shouldn't be doing that and they should know (read the rules) what the punishment is.
