Ok, Staff can easily post whatever in barracks or LL. But what about citizens? If they post it in general, people may be noobs and post in it, and that means more work for staff, deleting people's posts, or warning noobs.

A solution could be to let owners of threads delete any posts on there thread, but If this were to happen, a member could post something racist, but the owner of the thread of deleted it before a moderator saw it, no quote's, and no evidence.
